# Mission

We're a team of serial founders who deeply believe in a **free and open internet** where *anyone* with a great idea can raise money from a community that wants to see them win.

While **venture funding** works for some, it is <u>highly exclusive</u> to who you know and where your passport is from.

While equity crowdfunding works for some, it *doesn't scale* across jurisdictions, comes with **regulatory overhead**, and is *anything but* customizable.

So we're building an **onchain economy** where startups use the *accessibility, composability, and scalability* of tokens to raise capital and rapidly grow. Where your friends, your family as well as angels and VCs - gets the opportunity to invest in the next generation of founders.
