Raise flow
- Projects apply and are reviewed.
- Selected teams pitch live on The Shot.
- Presenting teams open side-by-side public raises.
- Each raise has 5 days to meet its minimum target.
Allocation and refunds
- Investors deposit USDC into any live raise.
- If a raise is oversubscribed, allocations are filled pro rata.
- If a raise does not meet its minimum target, deposits are refundable.
- After a successful launch, investors can claim their allocated tokens.
