Raise flow

  1. Projects apply and are reviewed.
  2. Selected teams pitch live on The Shot.
  3. Presenting teams open side-by-side public raises.
  4. Each raise has 5 days to meet its minimum target.

Allocation and refunds

  • Investors deposit USDC into any live raise.
  • If a raise is oversubscribed, allocations are filled pro rata.
  • If a raise does not meet its minimum target, deposits are refundable.
  • After a successful launch, investors can claim their allocated tokens.
